Helping secure planning permission for the largest business park in East Anglia. Gateway 14 is part of Freeport East and is based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. We worked with the developer Jaynic and Mid Suffolk District Council and continue to support ongoing stakeholder engagement as the project continues.
Consulting local residents and stakeholders on plans to sell the Police Headquarters site for residential development, to reduce costs and save taxpayers’ money. Our work helped secure the allocation of the site in the East Suffolk Local Plan for 300 homes.
